Join Kathryn Cripps and Judith Clark (trained in Mindful Self-Compassion by teacher’s Dr Kristin Neff and Christopher Germer’s Mindfulness and Self-Compassion program from the University of California) for this life changing program.
When: On Saturday, 1 st March 2025, starting from 9am to 4.30pm.
Bring: Snacks provided for Morning tea and afternoon tea. Bring lunch or you can purchase lunch from across the road at Woden Westfield shops. Tea and coffee provided.
Venue: Francis Chambers Building. Level 3, Suite 15, 40-42 Corinna Street, Phillip ACT 2606 (free parking on Saturdays, on the left side of the building in back far car-park)
Please bring: Wrap/blanket/yoga mat or cushion that will make you more comfortable. Wear comfortable clothes.
Please Note: Please arrive 15 minutes before the group commences at 8.45am. You are welcome to wear a mask, which is preferred. Seating is in accordance with COVID rules.
